Welcome to FSSS, a growing Sunday school community where we come together to learn our Orthodox faith, grow spiritually, serve the Church, and praise God through Mezmur.
A Living Sanctuary of Faith, Praise, and Sacred Education
For more than 21 years, FSSS has been a place where children, youth, and adults come together to learn, serve, and grow at Saint Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo church. What began as a small Sunday school community has grown to more than 100 members, and we continue to welcome new members each year.
Through Sunday school classes, Abinet class, Mezmur kifil, and Youth services, FSSS works to pass the faith from one generation to the next while building a strong and connected church community. With the guidance of our clergy, teachers, and volunteers, we hope to help every member grow closer to God and become more involved in the life of the Church.
Biblical Education
Guiding youth and adults through foundational Orthodox teachings and church history.
Mezmur Department
Preserving sacred choral hymns, chants, and liturgical music traditions.
Abinet Class
A place where students learn foundational literacy in Ge'ez, from daily prayers of Marry to Melkea Eyessus, and Zema through our Abinet classes.
